6 Sigma Quality Management System

Always to hit the right notes, yet another lock on quality

As industrial processes are assumed to deviate plus or minus 1.5% from the desired standard of production, 6 Sigma is an internationally practiced quality management system to lower production faults to a level of 3 to 4 in a million and to increase efficiency and quality both in production and management.

To orchestrate efficiency and to control quality in large production scales, we know that we always have to hit the right notes as a big ensemble from top to bottom-from initial order to delivery.

As of April 2009, we are proud to have selected our seven green belt managers and assigned them to seven different projects. After this kick start on this 6 Sigma journey, not only we can already witness the improved results but to have the pleasure of taking our place among the few companies in the world to be able to implement such a rigorous system successfully.
