Aromsa embraces responsibility for the impact it is creating for the employees', environment, communities, suppliers and customers .We believe that our success comes from our employees' commitment and we are dedicated to improve the world around us.

While investing in human resources we also make sure that we participate in functions with non governmental organization to increase awareness within our company by planning social responsibility functions in advance and saving a budget for these events and contributing to variety of non-governmental organizations such as LOSEV, ACEV, UNICEF.

In Aromsa we believe that we can make a difference for the world around us by being committed.

Environment

Aromsa is proud to have the ISO 14001 certificate.

Aromsa has taken initiatives and created goals to reduce our environmental impacts - water use, waste and packaging. We have communicated the importance of recycling to our employees and try to use recyclable products and organize workshops where the importance of environment, waste reduction, energy savings are discussed and give support to environmental organizations. We frequently audit our suppliers to make sure that they comply with the same standards.

Aromsa Library and Information Services :

The information and Documentation Center has as its specific objectives to ;

• meet the informational needs of scientific and administrative personnel pre, during and post their R&D operations,
• keep track of the most recent studies in the related subjects and make all the documents available to the Aromsa staff,
• build in systems to motivate the staff to aquire productive reading habits.

The restructuring of the Aromsa library started in May 2007 and as of April 2011, nearly 5500 sources of printed and electronic media were cataloged according to international library rules and were made available for loans to all staff.

Our primary strategic goal is to enhance the usage of the collection by everyone working in Aromsa. Regardless of scientific or of social interests, the center aims to make available a variety of subjects in printed, audio and visual formats.

As the leader of our sector, our final goal is to reflect the importance we give to research and provide a comprehensive, rich and unique collection available not only to the Aromsa family but also to our customers and competitors.
