As Aromsa we develop formulations with our team of experts in our Beverage Test Laboratory at the R&D Centre and conduct test productions in our pilot production facilities (pasteurization, carbonation).

Flavoured and Ionized Water

Water is essential for life. Today consumers' demand for something else between plain water and other beverages is increasing. Consumers want these products to have clean labels, have no or few calories. Flavoured Drinks, Fruit Drinks and Lemonade

We offer formulations that are custom made for each country with our flavours, emulsions, clouding agents and caramel for flavoured drinks, fruit drinks and lemonade. The taste of a drink mostly comes from the flavour. In fruit drinks, the taste depends on the percentage of fruit ingredient and the type of fruit.

We conduct test production in our pilot pasteurization unit in order to see the effects of thermal processing on flavoured drinks and fruit drinks. Based on the results of such test production, we revise our formulations as necessary.

Trends in flavoured drinks and fruit drinks are low calorie, light flavours in Europe and US. In African countries with sweeter and more intense flavours. Mango, pomegranate and tropical fruits can be given as examples for popular flavours in African countries and mint-lemon, lemon, flower flavours, cucumber can be given as examples for popular flavours in Europe and the US.

Lemonades with strawberry, mint, berry flavours are also popular.

Powder Beverages

Powder drinks are completely different from regular drinks. We provide our business partners all around the world our high quality and innovative products with various recipes in all kinds of combinations by combining our knowledge and experience with current trends.

In addition to our classic flavours such as orange, lemon, sour cherry; flower flavours and flavour combinations such as geranium-rose, lemon-mint have also become popular.

Tea

Tea has been consumed for many centuries and although it is produced from one plant (Camellia sinensis) , it has several varieties including white tea, green tea, oolong and black tea.

The way tea is consumed varies over time and depending on the culture. While tea is mostly consumed in its plain form, tea with different flavours also plays an important part in this category. Especially young age groups prefer to consume tea with different flavours.
