At Aromsa, we believe that our long-standing and newly joined foreign employees contribute to strengthening our global perspective. For instance, we have employees who are citizens of Spain, Germany, Russia, and Portugal in our company.

“Development in 30 Minutes" Meetings:
In the 32nd session of our "Development in 30 Minutes" meetings, designed for our employees, we brought together our employees with Işıl Çayırlı Ketenci, the Global Marketing Leader of Mercer Consulting, as a guest speaker, to discuss "Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion" as a special focus for International Women's Day on March 8th.
In another "Development in 30 Minutes" session, our Human Resources Director, Songül Öncel, conducted training on "Gender Equality, Child Labor, Forced Labor, Discrimination, Workplace Violence, and Harassment." This training was provided online for office employees and in person for blue-collar employees.
We base our efforts on the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact and the 5th, 8th, and 10th goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
