Supercritical Fluid Extraction

At Aromsa, we use supercritical CO2 extraction, especially in the extraction of oilseeds such as hazelnuts, peanuts, and pistachios. The products obtained by this method are oil-soluble and in liquid form; they can be converted to powder form if desired. Thus, products obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction:

- Do not contain solvent residues.

- Are 100% pure.

- Are environmentally friendly.

Our Extracts and Sustainability

The production of extracts obtained from natural sources also contributes to resource usage in line with our sustainability efforts.

Gains in Extract Production

WATER SAVINGS

With our new process equipment, we develop methods to use extraction water sparingly in the process of producing extracts such as tea, coffee, cocoa, and vanilla, achieving water savings.

WASTE
UTILIZATION

We know that food waste can be used as raw material in a different sector. We produce with various raw materials such as tea fiber, tomato, and mandarin peel.
