As the Aromsa Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, we launched a special project in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, founded by the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, bringing together the cultural diversity of our employees with the richness of our flavours.

Our employees shared treasured family recipes passed down through generations, while our Culinary Arts Technical Consultant paired each recipe with Aromsa’s flavours. This e-book is not only a collection of delicious recipes, but also a reflection of the diversity of the Aromsa family and the unique cultural richness that brings us together. Each recipe from our employees’ kitchens represents a mosaic shaped by different backgrounds, traditions and experiences.The creative harmony that emerges when flavours from different cultures meet our aromas symbolizes the values of diversity and inclusion that lie at the heart of our company.

Each recipe is more than just a dish; it is also an experience and a reflection of how we become stronger and richer when we come together. Within this blend of flavours and tastes, every employee’s story and contribution leaves its own unique touch. This e-book brings together not only culinary creativity, but also the cultural richness that defines us.

Named after the mother of our Founder and CEO Murat Yasa, our Culinary Arts Workshop, Remzet Hanım’s Kitchen, was established in 2019.

At Remzet Hanım’s Kitchen, where flavour expertise meets R&D experience, we develop new recipes together with our business partners, create product applications, and later adapt them to industrial-scale production.
