At Aromsa’s Organic Synthesis Laboratory, nature identical flavour substances are synthesized to be used in flavours produced. The amount of ingredients synthesized has been increased by 20-fold since 2000 and contributes significantly to raw material procurement process. Approximately 25% of nature identical flavour substances used in production can be synthesized in the same way and at the highest quality every time. Most of the synthesized flavours are esther compounds; acids, ketones and acetals. A great advantage in time is especially achieved by synthesizing imported flavour substances at Aromsa. Our research and development activities in this area continues strongly.
