Quality Management Practices

Aromsa continues its operations in seven locations (six in Turkey, one in Germany) in accordance with the requirements of international standards including the most exclusive quality and food safety standards.

Aromsa has developed and improved its processes, in order to bring them up to the higher level of the most recognized international standards. In addition to "ISO 9001: Quality Management System", ISO 14001: Environmental Management System," "ISO 14064-1: Specific principles and Requirements at the organization level for quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas ", OHSAS 18000: Occupational Health and Safety Management System", "ISO 27001: Information Security Management System" certificates, the company is granted with the most strict food safety certificates including "BRC: Global Standard for Food Safety", "FSSC 22000: Food Safety Management System" and "AIB: American Institute for safety of Baking. In addition to the above information, the company provides products with Kosher and Halal certification and has successfully passed “SEDEX: Supplier Ethical Data Exchange” audits.

As part as its corporate development process Aromsa joined National Quality Movement in 2012 and cooperated with KalDer (Turkish Society for Quality), accelerating by this way its journey for excellence. The reference for Aromsa in its journey for excellence is the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Excellence Model. Aromsa’s "journey to excellence" under MAP'19 (Excellence Aromsa Project 2019) Project success was recognized with EFQM 4 Stars in 2013 and EFQM 5 Stars certifications in 2017.
