Message from the Founder and General Manager

Esteemed Stakeholders,

As Aromsa celebrates its 43 years of history on this journey, we continue to demonstrate that sustainability is not simply a goal but an integral part of our decision-making processes and the way we conduct business. Since the day our Company was founded, we have acted with a sense of responsibility towards nature, society, our employees, and our customers; creating value together as we grow is a priority for us.

During the period from 2022 to 2024, we implemented our vision of sustainable growth through concrete steps. We expanded our production capacity with seven factories in Türkiye and introduced environmentally friendly technologies. Through the Creative Taste Studio, launched in April 2024, we transformed innovation into experience. Thanks to R&D investments made during this period, we have been among the top three in the TurkishTime rankings for three consecutive years.

Our stable export figures have been confirmed with the IKMIB Stars of Export awards for three years. We also reinforced our quality-oriented management approach with the EFQM Türkiye Excellence Award and the accreditation of our analysis laboratory.

Our sustainability culture lies at the heart of all these achievements. We consider the North Star Grand Prize, bestowed upon us by the Turkish Family Businesses Association in 2023, as one of the most significant markers of this culture.

We celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye in 2023. As a company with 100% Turkish capital, we have kept the values of modernity, scientific knowledge, and productivity—instilled in us by our Republic—at the centre of our business since the Company’s first day of operation.

This year, in which we won the EFQM Türkiye Excellence Grand Award, brought us tremendous pride—not only in our business results but in how we lived up to these values for a sustainable future.

Additionally, despite the economic uncertainties that prevailed throughout 2024, we achieved double-digit growth. Our greatest responsibility is to grow by considering tomorrow’s needs as well as those of today.

Through our sustainability reports, we share our performance in environmental, social, and governance areas in a more transparent and accountable manner.

We are committed to doing even more as part of our “walk-the-talk” approach.

To ensure that the value created by Aromsa is also carried into the future, we will ensure that sustainability is much more than just a concept at every point of contact, from our employees to our suppliers and society.

Today, with every step we take, we move forward in the footsteps of Atatürk, keeping his principles and values alive. As we enter the second century of our Republic, Aromsa’s key responsibilities include creating added value in our country’s development journey, contributing to employment, and becoming a strong Turkish brand on a global scale.

In addition to the pride we take in our awards, we view each accolade as a step towards new investments, more employment, and sustainable growth. Every success that we achieve adds to our strength in reaching the next goal. Being at the forefront of R&D investments in Türkiye, long-term ranking among the top three, being cited as one of the best companies in terms of women’s employment, being crowned with the EFQM Türkiye Excellence Grand Award in 2023, and more… All these achievements stem from our conviction that production is a journey of creating value.

Message from the Deputy General Manager and Second-Generation Representative

Dear Aromsa Family and Our Esteemed Stakeholders,

For me, Aromsa is not just a place of work. Rather, it is a living space in which our values, our work, and our hopes for the future are embodied. As a second-generation representative, I feel profoundly the responsibility of preserving this legacy and carrying it even more vigorously into the future. Accordingly, in the period from 2022 to 2024, we took steps to embed our sustainability approach at the core of our corporate culture.

With our focus on employee satisfaction, we were selected as the happiest workplace in our industry in the 2023 Happy Place to Work survey. In the same year, we received both the Grand Prize and the Employees Award from TAİDER—tangible proof that we achieved sustainable success together with our employees.

In 2024, we branded our volunteering efforts under the umbrella of Aromsa Volunteers, bringing our social contribution efforts together in a strategic and permanent organization.

The Aromsa Academy, launched at the beginning of 2025, represents a key step towards strengthening our sustainable knowledge-sharing culture. The Academy signals our commitment to bringing together our knowledge in R&D, innovation, and sustainability with our stakeholders in a more systematic manner.

Passing our founder’s vision on to future generations, the book “Red Bricks” is a symbolic resource that recounts not only our past, but also who we are to future generations.

“A sustainable tomorrow with inclusive solutions.”

In 2023, we celebrated the 100th anniversary of our Republic. During this year of great significance, we strived to keep Atatürk’s principles and vision alive with our focus on equality, social benefit, and the scientific approach.

The “Flavoured Recipes” project, also launched in 2023, provided visibility into both the cultural diversity of our employees and the inclusive richness of our flavours, and showed that we celebrate these values together.

The environmental, social, and economic challenges that we face today are driving us towards greater awareness, co-production, and developing inclusive solutions. For younger generations, sustainability is no longer a choice but a necessity.

At Aromsa, we place this understanding at the core of our business and move forward with environmentally friendly, equitable, and innovative solutions. The future is shaped by what we do today. At Aromsa, we are building the future together with passion and expertise.
