We became the third company with the highest R&D investment in the food industry in Türkiye.

With our sustainable R&D investments, we ranked third among the companies with the highest R&D investments in 2021 in the food industry in the R&D 250 Survey conducted by TurkishTime Magazine.

We were awarded the ‘Large-Scale Enterprise Award’ by KSO.

We were awarded the Large-Scale Enterprise Award in the ‘Food and By-Products Industry’ category at the 15^th Sectoral Performance Evaluation Award Ceremony organized by the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry (KSO) to recognize successful industrial establishments in the Marmara Region.

We were awarded the Stars of Export Award by IKMIB.

At the 8^th Stars of Export Award Ceremony organized by the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association (IKMIB), we ranked third among the Top Exporting Companies in the ‘Flavour Chemicals’ category, taking our place among the Stars of Export.

We rose to second place among the companies with the highest R&D investment in the food industry in Türkiye.

In the 2022 survey conducted by TurkishTime Türkiye on the companies that invested the most in R&D in the food industry, we ranked second among B2B and B2C companies, moving up one place compared to the previous year. We have become one of the top 250 companies in Türkiye in terms of added value to the country.

We were awarded the EFQM Türkiye Excellence Grand Prize in recognition of our superior quality performance.

We received the Türkiye Excellence Grand Prize by exceeding 650 points at the 32^nd Türkiye Excellence Awards, an event through which KalDer recognizes high-performing organizations that are implementing the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Model for 31 years. We are proud to take the Türkiye Excellence Prize, which we received in 2019, to the next level by winning the Excellence Grand Prize, last awarded by Kalder seven years ago.

We were honoured with the ‘Grand Prize’ by TAİDER.

We were honoured with the ‘Grand Prize’ by receiving the highest score in the ‘Employees’ category and in evaluation covering 228 criteria and six categories including Corporate Governance, Business Model, Future Generations, Employees, Environment and Society in the sixth North Star Family Business Sustainability Program organized by TAİDER.

Inspired by the words of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, ‘Every factory is a fortress,’ we are proud to be deemed worthy of this prize, which reflects the contributions of every member of the Aromsa family, whom we consider to be ‘fortresses’ of our factory.

We were chosen as ‘Türkiye’s Happiest Workplace’ in the food flavours industry.

We received the ‘Türkiye’s Happiest Workplace’ award in the ‘Food Flavours’ industry in the Türkiye’s Happiest Workplaces 2023 survey conducted by Happy Place to Work. Putting its employees and their happiness first, caring about teamwork culture and acting accordingly, Aromsa is among the happiest businesses in Türkiye with its internal activities and practices. Happy Place to Work conducted a detailed study by meticulously examining the emotions, attitudes and behaviours of our employees.

We were awarded the Stars of Export Award by IKMIB.

At the 8^th Stars of Export Awards Ceremony organized by the Istanbul Chemicals and Chemical Products Exporters’ Association (IKMIB), we ranked 3^rd among the top exporting companies in the “Flavour Chemicals” category (2022). With the export volume we achieved, we moved up one position to 2^nd place in the same category at the 9^th Stars of Export Awards Ceremony (2023).

We maintained our top 3 place with the highest R&D investment in the food industry.

In the Survey on R&D 250 Companies Making the Most R&D Investment in Türkiye conducted by TurkishTime Magazine, we were ranked among the top 100 companies with R&D centres approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, while maintaining our place in the top three among B2B and B2C food companies.

We were proud to maintain our second place among the Stars of Export.

Thanks to our export volume, we ranked second among B2B and B2C companies in the ‘Flavour Chemicals’ category at the 10^th Stars of Export Award Ceremony organized by IKMIB, moving up one place compared to the previous year.
