The 2025 Sustainability Goals were identified during the previous reporting period. Our new goals established during this reporting period are provided in the Sustainability Goals table.

Volunteering and Social Participation Increasing employee participation in volunteering projects above 50%.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Reducing Lost Time Incident Rate (LTIR) to 0.66 in 2025 and below 0.60 in 2027.
Promoting a ‘zero accident at work’ culture in the long term.

R&D Expenditures Allocating at least 6% of the budget to R&D and innovation every year.
Supplier Development Program Reaching at least 50% of domestic suppliers by organizing at least 1 training per month within three years.

Ensuring that all employees take business ethics training at least once every three years.
Digital Tracking of ESG Data Monitoring, reporting and continuously improving key ESG indicators with digital systems (digital twin, data analytics).
